I lived here between 2012 and 2014. It's cheap but with any place that is cheap there are risks. Theresa isn't the best land lord. It's been 4 years since I've been here and I still think about how harsh this place can treat tenants (flawless payments too on my part). I can see why land lords can be tough on tenants (especially here) but I feel like a little bit of being nice can go a long way.

HORRIBLE. We lived in one of their rentals for almost NINE YEARS. When it came time for us to move out Teresa was completely rude and downright shady. 3 months before we moved out I emailed her to ask for our lease to be shortened because we were moving out of state....two months and one day later she contacted me, asking if we were still moving out claiming we didn't give a proper 30 day notice (yes, even though were requested our lease be shortened because we were moving out of state).
