Way more expensive for less coverage but don t work your adjuster only takes a month or two to process claims can't believe I kept them this long
If you want an agent that you can reach, this isn't the one. This is very inconvenient when the claims department tells you your policy number isn't valid. I had to contact their answering service to have them call me back. This was at 3pm on a Thursday. My former agent in Menomonee Falls was no better. I'm a twentyfive plus year customer of Amfam, and I wouldn't be able to recommend them anymore.
Customer service from IAN HANSEN is non-existent. Other staff were better but mediocre at best.
Alex has been a fantastic resource explaining the ins and outs of home insurance and has provided great service helping me choose the best coverage for my needs.
Colette Dillman was great to work with. She got me some discounts that I really appreciated.
