Excellent experience from the start. We got a NOLAN build, 14k lb tandem. The trailer was clean as a whistle when we got it. Ready to go same day. Easy process out the door. Organized papers. And very transparent pricing. After a couple months, we noticed we had a small issue. Nothing major. Nobody's fault. We brought it in for a warranty check. I just picked up a Sport Haven AUTD 7*16 trailer from here and I am very happy. TJ and the entire staff know their products and the business very well. They can answer questions and have a well-stocked selection of accessories. They have repair services on site. One thing that stood out is that they choose what they carry carefully. Remarkable Service! I installed trailer lights, purchased from Amazon, on my own yesterday and when I tested them, nothing. I stopped by TJ's and James, the Service Manager, dropped what he was doing to sleuth out to the problem for me. It turned out that a fuse had blown and a ground wire was loose. He advised me on how best to fix it and at no charge. Of course a tip, which he tried to refuse, was in order. I am grateful and wouldn't hesitate to return if or when future trailer related needs present themselves.
