Remarkable Service! I installed trailer lights, purchased from Amazon, on my own yesterday and when I tested them, nothing. I stopped by TJ's and James, the Service Manager, dropped what he was doing to sleuth out to the problem for me. It turned out that a fuse had blown and a ground wire was loose. He advised me on how best to fix it and at no charge. Of course a tip, which he tried to refuse, was in order. I am grateful and wouldn't hesitate to return if or when future trailer related needs present themselves.

If I could give 10 stars, I would, but I am now on my 4th trailer from TJ’s. Their customer service is very good, and everyone there is well educated on what they do and easy to deal with. As long as they are open, they will always have my business and support.
