Gas Heater: I had a gas heater serviced, and shortly after, it started shutting off unexpectedly. That’s not something you want to deal with when it comes to gas appliances. I’m concerned about safety and wish the service had been more thorough.

Plumbing Leak Detection I called for leak detection because my water bill spiked unexpectedly. They checked briefly and told me nothing was wrong, but I later found out there was a small hidden leak behind a wall. I ended up paying for a second inspection from another company, which found it quickly. Disappointed in the thoroughness of the inspection.

Sewer Repair The sewer repair was rushed, and I’m still experiencing drainage issues. There’s a lingering odor outside near the repair site, which makes me question whether it was sealed correctly. For such a major job, I expected better communication and more confidence in the work.
