Christian was so professional and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure having him service my heater. He got the problem solved. I love this company. I will definitely call them again. 100% top notch.
Chris and Shane performed a furnace check and clean on 2/3/25. They were knowledgable and skilled at what they do, including taking the time to explain things and answer our questions. They had replacement parts on their truck. It is so difficult to find good service in Trinidad for household needs, so that also was a huge plus! The value was worth the cost, you get what you pay for! Would recommend them highly.
Our furnace just went out a week ago. I called TJ's and told them what happened. After explaining the problem, and sending a few pictures of the unit, Sam diagnosed it as the Draft Induced Motor. My wife found one in a closet in our house that was left by the previous tenant. I installed it and after restarting the furnace and praying to the Lord, I am happy to say that we now have heat!
TJ's Mechanical will be my go-to for appliance repair from now on! I highly reccomend them. The administrative staff was great to work with, helping get us scheduled in a pinch and keeping us updated. And the technicians who help us out were fantastic! Amazing work, very informative and patient with my many questions, and they cleaned up after all of the work. The cost of the work was competitive too! So grateful for this team to get us up and running so quickly!
