I am sad about this review. Ive been coming here for 35 years. The hot beef open face sandwich, desserts and breakfast were always amazing. Today the breakfast was still amazing. Loved it. I was highly disappointed in the hot beef sandwich. The meat was just cheap see through roast beef sandwich meat from a deli. There wasnt even enough meat for the 2 big hogie rolls underneath. We had a great experience at TJ’s Homestyle Restaurant! Maria was our server and she was awesome. She was incredibly friendly, funny, honest, and made us feel welcome right away. The service was quick, and she checked on us consistently without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She had the perfect balance of being attentive while still letting us enjoy our meal. Great service can really make a dining experience, and Maria definitely did that for us. We’ll absolutely be back!
He comido en mercados y puestos callejeros más limpios y donde la comida se antoja, aquí no. El arroz que acompañaba mi plato era de días atrás, grasoso y naranja oscuro de haber estado en un sartén varias veces. Los frijoles incomibles y la machaca con huevo que pedì, era una mezcla extraña que parecìa un pedazo de trapo sucio. Lo siento. Ojalà mejoren pero para ello les hace falta desde responder al saludo y recibir con una sonrisa aunque sea fingida hasta comprar unos platos nuevos en el dollar.
