Highly recommended! I was very happy with my install. Tyler is conscientious, detail oriented, energetic, with a positive outlook. His pricing is transparent and he is very responsive. What more could you ask for?
Needed yearly maintenance on my furnace and tankless water heater. Jim was great. Professional, personable, and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. I'm not sure where complaints in other reviews come from. Jim even declined a tip when I offered one. Scheduling could be improved, but that's probably the techs being over-scheduled more than anything. My appointment was for 10am, tech arrived at noon. I recently scheduled an HVAC maintenance prior to the heating season. I did not have a good experience with TJ's HVAC. The appointment was scheduled for 11AM. The tech showed up at 2:30PM, and issued a 'sorry, I'm late' upon entering. No reason for being 3 1/2 hours late and no prior phone call to inform me he was running behind schedule. He was let in, performed his so-called HVAC maintenance and was out within 15 minutes. I was disappointed with the lack of 'maintenance' that was actually done. **You'll see from TJ's reply below how he treats the issue - be warned** I don’t recommend TJ. The most critical part of a HVAC system to be insulated, the suction line, was installed without appropriate insulation. Instead, for reasons known only to themselves, the suction line was stripped of its insulation and in its place was a single strip of Armoflex insulation tape.
