TJ’s brought two people to our house to check on why our AC vents were dripping water. They spent all of 15 minutes looking around and said it was our roof leaking. It was clearly not our roof leaking, but they would not listen. Then they charged $225 for this 15 minute incorrect assessment where they hardly looked at anything. I have never had a contractor charge such a high price for coming out for such a short amount of time (and to offer incorrect information). Highly recommended! I was very happy with my install. Tyler is conscientious, detail oriented, energetic, with a positive outlook. His pricing is transparent and he is very responsive. What more could you ask for?
Needed yearly maintenance on my furnace and tankless water heater. Jim was great. Professional, personable, and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. I'm not sure where complaints in other reviews come from. Jim even declined a tip when I offered one. Scheduling could be improved, but that's probably the techs being over-scheduled more than anything. My appointment was for 10am, tech arrived at noon. I recently scheduled an HVAC maintenance prior to the heating season. I did not have a good experience with TJ's HVAC. The appointment was scheduled for 11AM. The tech showed up at 2:30PM, and issued a 'sorry, I'm late' upon entering. No reason for being 3 1/2 hours late and no prior phone call to inform me he was running behind schedule.
