It's kind of hard to give an accurate rating. My daughter has brought her 550cls in a few times for work. The first time, they checked out the car free of charge, which was really nice and got our loyalty. The second time was a full timing chain job, and it took them 3 weeks to get it done. The second day she got it back it blew a radiator hose, took over 2 weeks to get back, on the 3rd day of receiving i again, the thermostat house failed, and it took another 2.5 weeks. Was an excellent experience as soon as I got there Told them the problem they started Working on my truck I was out of there within an hour we fixed the problem everything's working fine A+A+A+
