Wouldn't think ill be writing this review about them but I am! I have been coming here since years tonight there was alot of mix people in here as I waited in line like your supose to do I was behind 2 white men there was 2 black women behind me a white man walks in and time when the cashier see him she ask are you having your usual he smiles and says yes he pulls out a $20 bill and gives it to her she then open the registry and makes change for him he smiles and walks away and goes and sut down at the table! Ordered via UberEats at 6:13pm tonight. Called at 7:05pm to check status and was told that they did not have the order. Nothing else, no offer to look into it or even an apology... just that nope, we don’t have that order. Was probably the owner that I spoke with, fits with the other reviews describing him as rude and disrespectful.
Our food was made incorrectly because the young lady took our order wrong and when I called to tell them, the owner who is also the cook, refused to do anything about it and said that's how the ticket was written!! He just lost loyal customers forever! Never been to any restaurant where the owner or person in charge, refused to correct the order! !
Although the food is good. The owner is known to be very rude and disrespectful. After my own encounter I went to read reviews and found him being called a rude racist.

The catfish was great! My daughter's burger looked perfect. The coleslaw, and the sweet tea were good as well. The french fries were the way I like them - crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Reasonably priced too.
This dude’s attitude is garbage. Straight doodoo on god.
Food and service have ALWAYS been great. I've never had an issue as others stated with the owner being rude or hanging up on me. Our orders have also been correct everytime along with being fresh and piping hot.
Needs better customer service terrible attitude from management when u try to call in an order!Hope he isn't expecting me to pick up because I won't now you have a nice day ..#000000stars for terrible service!
