Unfortunately I have to give a negative review and I really do not like giving bad reviews but I ordered only red roses and baby breathe.for my daughter n law for Valentines 2/14/25 and what she received was 3 roses and a bunch of cheap wildflowers and greenery nothing like what I actually ordered.
EXTREMELY disappointed in the way I was treated with my order. The flower bouquet that was delivered looked like a 5 year old put it together. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I had to rearrange the flowers just to be able to look at them and not be upset.
The owner was very polite an helpful an very knowledgeable person who was very compassionate in my time of sorrow!
I do not recommend this business. A family member spent $228 and used the online store for an arrangement for a funeral and we were not pleased with what we received. When I called and spoke to the owner we were hoping she would do something to make it right but instead she yelled at me and hung up on me after 4 minutes of a conversation. She told me she spent $180 on the flowers for this piece not including the glass cross as she said that was $20.
