Terrible service. We booked for our business flooring renovation, paid almost $3k deposit a month before and suddenly holding my deposit for long time he mentioned he forgot to include GST. Even after this we accepted the initial quote, we accepted paying extra for GST then he canceled the job even with the deposit paid. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing as we had timeframe to meet the renovation with other contractors and reopening days of our business. Never recommend!
Tom and his team renovated our 2 bathrooms, toilets and laundry. From quote to conclusion of the job we were satisfied. Excellent quality and attention to detail. Good communication throughout the process. The total job took 6 weeks, as estimated, and at the end of each day a thorough clean was undertaken to minimise disruption to the rest of the house. Thanks.
We had Tomas from TJS Build do a fit-out for our Speech Pathology clinic. We were very happy with his quality of work and attention to detail. The job was done in the expected time frame and any questions or concerns that we had were dealt with straightaway. Would 100% recommend Tomas.
Tom and his team Steve and Rowan, did a great job on our extension and renovation. Thorough workman ship, with good communication. The project was started and finished on time and in budget. All work was passed and certified by inspectors. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again in the future.
