Very good customer service. Took my SUV in to get my bumper checked out after someone hit it. John was great. He checked it out and got it all put back in place for free and offered to buff out the scratches for free as well.
My vehicle was hit by a deer and TJ's was one of the only ICBC shops that could take it. It took 3 months due to parts being on back order and their own backlog of vehicles needing work but they did an amazing job. My vehicle looks brand new. The paint match is expertly done. You'd never know the vehicle was hit. The owner even came in on a Sunday so I could get my vehicle back and not have to wait any more. I am so thankful and would recommend TJ'S to anybody.
My Honda Pilot’s battery while we were in Fernie. Paul from TJ’s auto body came by and gave us a boost. He then helped me access and install a new battery. He went far beyond what he was obligated to do and a nice guy as well. Nothing but 100% praise for this company.
