My Honda Pilot’s battery while we were in Fernie. Paul from TJ’s auto body came by and gave us a boost. He then helped me access and install a new battery. He went far beyond what he was obligated to do and a nice guy as well. Nothing but 100% praise for this company.
In a situation that most folks would have ignored because it happened during their closed hours, TJs not only answered my voicemail, but helped me at 7am on a Saturday. I was shocked to get a call back right away, and with a solution. I’m so grateful. This is an exceptional business.
