My first time dealing with TJP so was a bit wary trying a new mechanical service. Everything went smoothly from making appointment on line, having car checked for issues to having work completed. After assessment, estimate for work required was provided with no pressure to have the work done with TJP. Work was completed within the quoted estimate. Very happy with the whole experience 😊
I had an amazing experience with these guys first time going to any mechanic and I don't think I'll be going to anyone else. They were very supportive few out the whole process, answered any questions I asked. I requested a qoute from 5 different shops and these guys were the only ones that got back to me and they got back to me quick. I highly recommend going here if you want anything done to your car. 10/10 🌟

The whole process was first class and something not found in today's business society very often. Having served a term as a former VP of the AMI (Aus. Marketing Institute) it is great to see such a small business performing so well in communication and getting the job done on time and budget.
I absolutely give TJP Auto 11/10! I was amazed at just how thorough the Team were, which included professionalism, timing, advice and very obviously experience! Plus I learnt so much about my car from their receptionist, Mesika, also very knowledgeable in motor mechanics and who took the time to explain and show me the areas that required their attention.
