Had a minor issue with my roof racks and the gentleman at the store assisted me and fixed it straight away and was very friendly with the kids in the car. Great service, highly recommend
Would give zero if possible. Bad customer service is an excellent way to lose business. When will businesses understand this? Also, have you noticed they never respond to negative reviews, only positive? Obviously don't stand behind their work. Person answering my phone enquiry was a smart arse. That'll do it for me. My experience was the same with other company, hence my review.
Highly recommend TJM Wollongong, I had a bullbar, spotties and bash plate fitted. The team was very professional from advising on products, through to the installation, and after fitting follow up call to ensure all was well. In addition the quality of TJM products are top notch.
