Very hard to work with...
I sure wish I could give MINUS stars...I have had a unit at Greenwood Acres for 4 years now. My first gripe is that they have had NO WAY of setting up auto pay, so I rely on my monthly bill being mailed to me. My credit rating is 847!!!!! I have NEVER been late in the 4 years I have rented from them. But this changed when last month, I did NOT receive a bill. So, it naturally slipped my mind.
