Problem with Uniden uhf, they rang uniden got a fix to the issue, carried out the fix and charged nothing. I cannot recommend them highly enough for there professional service.
Great variety of merchandise, but poor customer service. There's this guy with good knowledge but a big arrogant attitude and seems like he's on rage mode by default ready to argue with anyone who talks to him. I'd rather look for another store next time.
Unprofessional behaviour saw the guy at front arguing with customers, rude and unacceptable staff needs to be checked
Worst customer service ever, unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the staff, who appeared arrogant and engaged in arguments rather than maintaining composure and addressing concerns respectfully their dismissal of the ongoing fuel situation, accompanied by remarks suggesting that no such crisis exists as referring to an entirely different planet, only added to the frustration and dissatisfaction.
Great if there are no problems, but deny any responsibility if things go wrong.
