Whilst on holidays we experienced an issue with our tow bar and contacted TJM in Cairns. Michael ( the manager), provided us with a time and date to attend in the next couple of days, which was very good at such short notice. We arrived for our appointment and within hours his mechanics had resolved our problem and had us back on the road. We cannot thank them enough for resolving our difficult issue so quickly and efficiently. We found the team at TJM were both very professional and caring. Thanks TJM
Attention to detail and an amazing team who went above and beyond to help fix my LC300 and keep us on the road while travelling Australia. A big shout out to Michael (Store Manager) who was extremely helpful and understanding to our predicament (poor workmanship from another installer in Sydney causing a number of fault's) and did everything possible to accomodate us and rectify the issues so we could continue of travels around Australia. Would highly recommend using them for any of your 4WD needs.
Large store with lots of stock, regrettably didn’t have what I wanted, obviously very busy most of the time as staff did not have the time to discuss anything said they were booked out for weeks, and walked away, maybe check out ARB or more friendly opposition.
Absolutely recommend these guys for any 4wd accessories. Mark helped with the accesories and quality installation from the fitters. Our prado looks great. Thanks again to TJM cairns.
