Left wax strip in my hair with wax on it, causing my hair to get matted. MIND YOU i had just left the hair salon

TJK Salon is amazing! They always do such a beautiful job and make you feel completely comfortable the whole time. The staff is so friendly and really cares about making sure you leave happy. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!
One of the most uncomfortable nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple gel polish on nails and toes. I wanted pink nails and white toes, but the tech talked me into matching them instead. She was on her earpiece the entire time, painted my toenails with my foot on her knee instead of a pedicure chair, made me put my feet on a dirty floor (even stepped on a used fake nail), and fussed at me in front of other customers. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and not worth the money. I won’t be back.
Me and my daughter went here and they did amazing they are really kind and I think yall should book!!
