I am a semi driver. Tim came out to access the situation when I was broke down yesterday. Of course, when you call for help you never know what you're going to get. This large man appears from his truck as I'm saying, "fe, fi, fo, fum", he greets me with a firm handshake and introduces himself. He got right to the problem and noticed that he didn't have the part I needed but he would be back. it took awhile but he did return.
