Made substantial deposit with TJK Heating and Cooling to install mini-splits in our house. They repeatedly rescheduled the installation Jan, Feb, March 2023 until finally committing to an install on March 22-23, 2023. They then did a no-show and no-call after I took off work and re-arranged my schedule - I told them to cancel the install and refund the money. They promised to do so repeatedly but have not returned full deposit as of 20-July-2023.
TJK Heating and Cooling did a great job installing a new furnace for us and gave us a very competitive bid. They arrived early and stayed late to finish the project in a day. They also fixed some issues with our old system so that we are in compliance with new regulations. We plan on using them again.
TJK Heating & Cooling did a great job for me. The communication was responsive. Their technicians showed up right on time and took off their shoes before they entered. They showed respect to me and my house. Most importantly, they were able to diagnose the issue with my system and fix it right then. I had worried this would cost me a lot of money but, instead, their expertise quickly found the problem and solved it. I would not hesitate to call them again.
