Very helpful people and took a lot of time out of their day to help. They seem like people who care about what they are doing and making an impact into the future.
Bob of their support team would not even listen to me explain my problem. I will not buy another TJE LB2 booster fan or anything else from Tjjernlund Products!!!! They don't have a clue what the word "support" means.
