This is an appalling service ethic. I ordered disc pads incorrectly, and sent back the originals via Aust Post with a polite note asking for new pads, number given, and asked for the cost to despatch. Four weeks later, no response, rang just now and asked if they could fill my order. The lady has a very short fuse and abused me roundly and then hung off. Excellent customer service with my inquiry relating to a hailstorm cover for my campervan. Whilst the product i ordered seemed to be excellent quality at a good price, Anne was very honest and most helpful with her advice which made me realise that the cover was not going to fit. I really appreciated her tips and guidance. Anne was able to organize a prompt refund before despatch.
