Installed the wrong floor. Complained to them they haven't answered,they've blocked me, lost 734 pound, on closer inspection floor wasn't even installed properly, I was able to lift it away by hand as it had only been glued around the edges by what kind of glue I do not know, try to get it resolved nicely at the start but they don't bother and once they've got the money they don't care. Do not use, bunch of cowboys. Installed the wrong floor. Ordered a double bed for my son for moving house on a Friday morning was delivered the next afternoon (moving day) The lady in the office was most helpful in style/colour and the guy who done delivery was amazing at delivering and putting it all together Would highly recommend
