TJ Vickers Shrewsbury were fantastic because they were extremely helpful, listened to my requirements and were not pushy. They were open and honest and nothing was too much trouble. The car was in fantastic condition at handover cleaned inside and out - like a new car. I also received a follow up courtesy call. Would definitely recommend them.
The experience at TJ Vickers Shrewsbury was great because Barry was very friendly, very helpful and did a follow up call to check everything was OK. He dropped the fixed parcel shelf to my house personally. Whilst at my house he showed me how to use some of the technical features of my radio and sat nav. Thank you Barry.
Bought my daughter a 20 plate low mileage fiat 500 convertible from vickers 3 months ago. I was buying from out of the area and was concerned what my daughter would do if the car developed a fault. The sales person (Jason) sold me a gold plated fiat warranty ( I believed, it wasn’t) and was told I could take it to any fiat dealer local to my daughter.
