The worst dealers ever ( why was my review edited and the comments deleted?)
Was so impressed initially, good response, appraisal appointment set. Had to reschedule and Kristy was a no-show. No call back to reschedule, no reply to my messages. I had referred this co to a friend in the same inheritance situation and she has also received zero response. Complete waste of time.
Great communication, fast, punctual, a pleasure to work with. Darcie got back to me right away to set up an appointment, emailed prior to arriving to confirm timing. She is extremely knowledgeable, I learnt so much from her visit. She knows her stuff! We went thru everything I was willing to part with and Darcie took her time to explain how the value was determined for each piece. I felt very comfortable with her assessments. Thank you so much Darcie.
