They took forever to get back to us about setting up an appointment and then a week later after getting us to send pics they say they don't want them...Didn't even send someone to look at the 2 full sets we have. A little ridiculous in my mind. The communication there is absolute garbage.

Was so impressed initially, good response, appraisal appointment set. Had to reschedule and Kristy was a no-show. No call back to reschedule, no reply to my messages. I had referred this co to a friend in the same inheritance situation and she has also received zero response. Complete waste of time.
