My sister and I had an excellent experience today. Krista came to look at our silver, etc., worked efficiently and professionally. She then offered each of us a fair market price which we took. Krista is friendly, approachable, funny, personable but she does not lose sight of her mission. We liked the website, we most certainly like Krista and I will not only recommend TJ Traders to others, but continue to deal with this company.
Alina was very pleasant and thorough. She showed me her research that she was using to base her prices on. A great representative for your company. Having done a great deal of research before she came I think that the company goes by the lowest prices they find that items sell for. However, I am glad to know that the items she bought will have a new home.
