We were stranded outside of Twin Falls, ID, on a Sunday. Nobody was available. Tim heard from another business that he works with, Highway 30 Towing, that we needed help and called us to offer his services and we said yes, please He called us! Tim came by within minutes to see what we needed. He assessed the situation, quickly; said he would pick up the parts first thing Monday morning and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Tim is a great example of great service.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!!!! Tim was an angel through the entire experience (as well as the other sweet folks who were present to assist). Our car had a malfunction and we were stranded. With no one available to tow for 3 hours, Tim said he could come in 1.5 to get us towed and get it looked at. Very helpful. Worth the drive.
Lived up to the super service name! Truck started breaking down just outside Twin Falls on a Sunday. Limped it into town and couldn't find any open shops. Tim answered and took time on his day off to look at my truck and got a transfer case put in for a reasonable price! I would recommend him to anyone that lives in the area or anyone traveling through that needs help to go to this shop!
