A one star rating is generous. My daughter was ina car accident. When I arrived they had her car on the back of a tow truck even though the car was drivable. I called to pick up the car a day later to avoid having my insurance company pay to have the car towed to a repair shop. Cost... Well the guy told me it would run $1700 to get my car off their lot! This company damaged my number when towing. When I called to see if they would take responsibility the owner got very irate and defensive and started yelling that he should have charged me more. I was trying to avoid filing a police report but will now be moving forward. The damage was $700.
