Jose and his team are great! The first time they came to our home to fix a leak they came on a Sunday in the cold winter and worked expeditiously to get the leak fixed. They picked up all the debris from the old shingles and everything else. We were so happy with their job that we called them a second time to fix a different leak in our roof. From start to finish, communication was awful. They missed their original installation date, then ghosted me for two weeks. When they finally showed up, the workers didn’t seem to know what they were doing and had to come back three times to fix mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and find someone else.

I hired this roofing contractor to fix a small leak, but somehow the problem got worse after their "repair." A week later, water was dripping through my ceiling again—worse than before. I called them back multiple times, but they kept rescheduling or not showing up. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not skilled at what they do.

They quoted me one price and then added on hundreds of dollars in "unexpected fees" once the work was halfway done. The crew rushed through the job, left a mess in my yard, and didn’t even clean up all the nails. A neighbor’s kid almost stepped on one. Terrible experience—would not recommend.

From the start, communication was a nightmare. I had to chase them down for updates, and they didn’t stick to the agreed timeline. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the entire project.
