I had a very negative experience. I came in to try "dips", acting on advice from a friend. When I came, I asked for advice first. I wasn't sure what i wanted- I had zero experience- I wanted to discuss it with the specialist. When they learned I didn't like the bulky look of the gel nails, they directed me to an older-looking male technician, who spoke almost no English. There was no discussion with him. I got the gel x instead of the acrylic and they said it would last a month or so but I haven't had them 3 days and 2 of my nails came off. They are supposed to be the new acrylics and I don't think so. They were nice and sweet while I was there but wow... I paid $70 for a custom set for nothing...
I love Lily’s Nails! I always go to Thao and she’s amazing! She’s so sweet and won’t let me leave until I love my nails. She’s super accommodating with time, I’ve left before and came back a few hours later for her to finish.
