Place is a joke Tom and Steve need to be at the same page ,Dudes are careless They Had my vehicle and didn't even look in to it and still charge to diagnose lol. I told them what is was already from the beginning. they didn't even look into my vehicle . Place sucks and un professional especially tomorrow playing phone games ,playing like he busy .phony shop Call them selves professional mechanics they only good for small repairs as I see. As far as I can tell the work on my 2016 E350 was done successfully. Replaced the oil pan.
