This used to be a great place to go, but isn't any longer. I recently had to get some paperwork signed by my primary care provider for employment, and was refused twice. The nurses/receptionists on the phone and in person wouldn't even let me speak to my primary doctor in person about the form like I requested and turned me away without explaining why.
