***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** TJ USES CONTRACTORS CALLED TEAMHEALTH AND CHARGE EXTRA A SEPARATE CO-PAY*** I live in Glasgow and have been to the TJ Pavilion Urgent Care many times and every time was only billed my urgent care co-pay rate. This last visit, I was billed by TJ Urgent clinic like normal but then later, I was bill another co-pay by TeamHealth. TeamHealth is a medical contract company that TJ uses. Terrible place. Won't give refills on asthma medication and denies medication refill requests from the pharmacy. I died in 2021 from a bad allergic reaction that triggered a massive asthma attack so obviously I need the medication but it's clear you have to fall over and die in front of them before they believe you need medication you've took all your life. This used to be a great place to go, but isn't any longer. I recently had to get some paperwork signed by my primary care provider for employment, and was refused twice. The nurses/receptionists on the phone and in person wouldn't even let me speak to my primary doctor in person about the form like I requested and turned me away without explaining why. I also have hypothyroidism and Emily has treated me for that for years now. She increased my dose and I had abnormal side effects, so I came back to speak to Emily. Again, I w... read more
