The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Dr. Neginhal was the best he listen to all my concerns and help me quite a bit, He was very friendly and nice and kept me well informed of what he was doing.
Front desk people are nice and pleasant. They're x-ray technician could use some manners and not be very forceful when taking x-ray. The doctors and nurses always seem to be in a hurry and make you feel like you're not important or it's all in your head. Needless to say, I've gone somewhere else and I'm actually receiving care for my injury
No air conditioning, bathroom were filthy, and excessively long wait times.
Too long to make a person wait for less than quality care. Front desk people were pleasant.
