Dr. Risen and her staff are very professional and very helpful. They are always so kind and very accommodating. My wife and I have been utilizing this office since the birth of our son and have had the greatest experience! We recommend Dr. Risen and the T.J Health Clinic in Greensburg to any and all parents in need of a pediatrician.
We love Dr. Risen and her staff! We’ve never had an issue getting in for an appointment. They are always so sweet to my kids and Dr. Risen is thorough and airs on the side of caution with big things (in my experience with colic she sent us for ultrasounds, my sons bowed legs sent us to two specialists). We love the staff here and the care we recieve. It’s a good feeling to feel heard too as a parent not just told what to do handed a script and out the door. These people really care I reccomend this office to everyone!
We are new in town and set up care here for my 3 children. On Wednesday my son was sick at school and told me his lower stomach hurts. I called the DR office a little past 3pm on Wednesday. The voice mail said if leaving a message past 3pm they wouldn't call back until the next business day. At 11:30 the next day I hadn't received a call and my son's pain had returned. I made a couple mistakes in my review and I'm unable to edit, so I will correct them here. I had called and left a message on Tuesday not Wednesday and called at 11:30 on Wednesday to ask why no one called me back and see if he could be seen. Also the clinic that got him in immediately was Green County Primary Care Clinic in Greensburg
