They have cost my Son hundreds of dollars because of Bed Bugs He went out of pocket 350.00 dollars thinking they were flea bites with hotel rentals bug bombs carpet cleanings and all laundry being serviced. The 6 month old couches and bed 2,800 dollars now have to be thrown out. His infant daughter was bit he was bit the family dog shapee was bit. They will continue to rent to someone who abuses children and tell you it’s a civil matter and not their problem when you contact them about it.
RecommendedThis is a company that has 360'd itself amd matured into a solid, well managed, and FAMILY FRIENDLY company. My family has been with TJ Guyer for a few years now and have had nothing but the best. We wish for year contracts to return, I feel insecure on month to month but none the less this companies got my future buisness. It is hard to manage property and TJ Guyer has nailed it. My family and I are so greatful :)
so I started renting from a private owner then TJ Guyer bought the the property I knew that TJ Guyer was bad from the get-go I just signed a year lease with the prior owner and my contract prior to the contract that they wanted me to sign said that everything was in the owner's name including power water sewer garbage and that we would pay the owner for the power bill everything else was included now that TJ Guyer owns it they want me to put the power in my name which would be fine if the utility room didn't run off the powe... read more
