My experience with TJ Guyer is good! I treat people like I want to be treated. Evidently my landlord/ladies do too. I have rented from TJ Guyer for nearly four years with no problems. I have been treated with respect and empathy. The people at TJ Guyer in Chehalis are professional, reasonable, and they have positive attitudes towards residents. Tj guyer will take every chance they can to destroy your life. My family has gone through 7 houses with them, we have never once been late on rent but they will always come up with ways to steal money from us. They extort property owners and lock them into contracts so they can never leave their "services". I have had to scream "lawsuit" 3 times so that they would leave us alone. They think people are stupid and won't pay attention to your bank statements. If you plan on moving to Washington STAY AWAY FROM TJ GUYER.
RecommendedThe staff has been so helpful moving forward in the apartment process and we got approved for an amazing apartment! Their staff are amazing, they're patient and kind and so helpful with questions and they're always willing to work with you! I definitely recommend renting here.
Company is the butt of everyone's jokes around town. Their response to COVID-19 shows they are not a caring entity but an emotionless robotic entity with a monopoly on property in Lewis County and making it near impossible to rent in what Forbes Magazine called "The worst city in Washington State".
I can’t believe that you are making people come up with rent with all of the hardships we are facing right now! I would never recommend you!!! I hope you have a change of heart!! Help your renters!! Don’t force them out! I hate hearing stuff like this. You own half of Lewis county give them a break!!
Extremely draconian about their damage deposits (you just don't get them back). And their response to COVID-19 is to suggest getting a loan or get on unemployment but you better pay your rent on time. Terrible company. Stay away if you can.

I have been around TJ Guyer my entire life. One special thing that I feel has been important in the recent years is how the "TEAM" at TJ Guyer works really hard to make sure every renter, owner, and prospective client feel valued as to their needs. THANK YOU!
