Poor communicators, little follow through, very disorganized. Over promised and under delivered. Look elsewhere for your next project!
Business response:
Due to Spring rains and the late start to Spring, this created a delayed start on deck projects needing footings by approximately two weeks. We had our employee go out to visit the customer because of some requests by the City for the building permit and the customer verbally attacked our job supervisor when he asked a few questions about the project. I think they did a great job and their crews were very personable and professional. If there was one thing I think could have been better was the communication. End result: everything looks good and the price was right.
