I’m not surprised that Ted has such low reviews.
Ted is helpful and pleasant to work with. His crew was a little sloppy in their workmanship, details missed, crooked framing, coated it light in spots, and there is more cracking than expected.
Same Issues as the other posts, horrible work that cracks. Having to completely re stucco our whole house just three months later
Super unresponsive. Multiple areas unfinished, and a year later, still unfinished.. Really a pain to work with. I ended up having to do my own touch-ups.
