We’ve been in our ranch home built by Cachey Builders nearly 4 years ago and couldn’t be happier. We loved that they were built-to-suit and willing to work with us on customizing our layout. Their communication during the entire build process was very much appreciated. Better than expected, to be fair. They resolved any issues that came up during building in a respectful manner. The quality of the house feels as good as it did on day 1. Definitely recommend if you’re fortunate enough go the new construction route!
Had a home build in Sky Harbor in Aug 2024. Considered 2 builders and after talking to both Cachey was the obvious choice. Cachey could build my home to my specs as I requested. Working with Bob and Daniel was a pleasure as they tried to accommodate all my requests. The 30 day inspection had about a dozen item on it and it was all completed in a timely fashion.
Nice people people. Did what they said they would.
