My wife and I hired Taylor and his team to convert a two-car garage into a finished basement (with Murphy bed and mudroom)as well as to builda brand-new one car garage with a rooftop deck. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. The kids are playing with their friends all the time in the basement, making a mess as kids often do. And we as a family are eating dinner on the new deck. I was looking for someone to do a sizeable remodel of our 2nd floor cape cod by adding a shed roof on the back of the entire house plus adding a new bathroom. Work included demo of 1/2 the existing 2nd floor and re-frame everything up from there, all new MEP's I work in commercial construction management, so I was a bit nervous about finding a GC with good sub quality in the seacoast area as the sub pool isn't the deepest. 5 Stars. Love them. We have been working with T&J Builders for almost a year now. They started last winter with a large addition into our house. Taylor and his guys were great and quick with problem solving when problems inevitably arose. They were within a week of the proposed timeline for our first project which seems unheard of, especially with the fickle New Hampshire winters.
