We broke down on the highway and were towed there late in the afternoon. Jake immediately checked our vehicle, found the problem and ordered the part. He helped get the vehicle and trailer safely stored, the part arrived the next morning and we were on our way by lunchtime at a very reasonable cost. Could not fault the service or the work, highly recommend
