Updated review: Mr. Curtis is responsive with coming out when we are having trouble with our unit. We bought a home from brewers back in 2020 and the AC unit came with some faulty parts. They always come and fix/replace whatever we are needing. It has been a headache with out unit but it's not their fault, they just install them and do the warranty work for the unit that came with the house.
This dumb sucker sent someone out to fix my ac they didnt have the parts they told me i needed a transformer then after he changed that and it didnt fix it he took the breaker off my heater and use it to fix the breaker that was bad on the ac. Never fixed it right and disabled our heater but didnt hesitate to send a 250$ bill. I wasnt gonna pay the bill until my stuff was fixed right well they never answered the phone again i guess because i didnt want to pay their bill where they charged me for a transformer that i didnt ev... read more

They installed our new unit with our new home. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. The Techs called me on the way to my home just liked i asked because my Husband works nights and i needed to make sure he was up to meet them over there. The techs were amazing. My husband forgot his water and the techs made sure he has a water and gatorade while he waited. Super respectful and polite. The guys did an amazing job even offered to clean up the me... read more
They came out to install our ac unit and could not have been more friendly, courteous, or professional. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.
