I booked the 4pm Tuesday class listed on the website, showed up, and the facility was closed. The door was locked, lights turned off, and no one was inside. I immediately called the number listed, but no one answered, and I couldn’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. So, I sent an email… no response.

I've been going to Tizanabodyrenewal for two months. I have joined Tizana weight loss challege and let me tell you.... Her programs are effective and I have achieved great results following her programs. She holds me accountable.Tizana is an amazing trainer. She is knowledgable; She motivates and push you to the next level. She instructs a warm and friendly fitness community. She is the G.O.A.T💚💚💚

I love coming to Tizana classes..I go Monday through Friday and I can’t pick which class I like the best because they are all amazing!! I’m back motivated because of these classes.. Thanks T for keeping me on my toes ☺️

Tizana is an amazing trainer! She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and always makes workouts effective with just enough room for some fun. I’ve seen real progress and feel stronger and more confident thanks to her guidance. Highly recommended!
