A Great Man I first saw (1998) Dr. Tiwari in a desperate state. My left shoulder was almost completely paralyzed, and I was in excruciating pain. This was the result of a failed, ill-advised endoscopic procedure on 3 of my cervical discs, which ruptured one disc. Three more neurosurgeons wanted to do spinal fusion. Dr. Tiwari studied my MRI for the longest time and told me I probably didn't need surgery. He prescribed steroid anti-inflammatory drugs and followed me several months as I completely recovered!
