We did a post construction cleaning for Ivan at Tivoli Homes back in November and still have not been paid. He signed a contract for service/payment with us before the job was done and said payment would be mailed within 5-6 days. I have called him numerous times. He says he will check on it and never calls back. I would stay away from this company. If they don't pay their contractors that is a pretty good indication they are shady!
