2 stars seems too harsh so I'll leave 3 stars. I have been living here since Fall of 2023 and observed four new ownerships with the last being acquired only 4 months after the last company acquired it. The first company that owned it when I moved in serviced requests very quickly and had an on site maintenance worker that lived there or nearby. These apartments are amazing. The pool when the sun sets is a great catch during the summer days. The staff is amazing. The amenities are nice too.
Absolutely love this place, the reviews were a little twisted, so I definitely suggest checking it on your own and see how you like it. I am picky, so I went in expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I'm moving in this weekend.
The SAGA that is now Tivoli Apartments since like 2021 Update as of 2025: The previous management (who was different than what was in 2023 review) actually updated all the washers and dryers. They now all work. WOW! Trash is still an ongoing issue here. Several residents had to call the city itself since it got so bad it was going into the park next door...
