2 stars seems too harsh so I'll leave 3 stars. I have been living here since Fall of 2023 and observed four new ownerships with the last being acquired only 4 months after the last company acquired it. The first company that owned it when I moved in serviced requests very quickly and had an on site maintenance worker that lived there or nearby. The newest owners the last few times have not serviced any requests quickly and I found them hard to get ahold of. The newest owner just acquired us in June 2025 so there were some tr... read more
