Pedro and lex is the best
The worst apartments complex I’ve ever lived in. Hidden fees that are never listed on the lease agreement. Residents have to change their own lights. The apartment is old, with dirty windows, everything is old. I wish I could give 0 star. The management team is unprofessional, and won’t provide informations or answers to questions. Please note that you’ll be charged outrageous fees as amenities when you move out. As they said the amenities are being charged 2 months behind. The gym is empty. He is amazing as always
It is a pleasure to recommend this amazing Community! The units and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The property manager Miss Caitlin works hard to make sure we are all comfortable and safe. Miss Maria is also super helpful and knowledgeable, whether it’s lease questions or general support. The maintenance Team is second to none! Miss Lex and Justin have saved the day, sooo many times. So grateful for the entire Tivalli Team and all that they do to make sure our home feels like Home. If you're someone looking for great amenities (basketball gym, health gym, pool) and easy access to i405 and i5 corridors combined with affordability, Tivalli is the place to be. I've looked pretty extensively into the Lynnwood neighborhood, and I am almost more than certain this is one of the best places to live in terms of the cost, comfort, and amenities standpoint.
