Move here if you want the smell of drugs to fill your room everyday causing headaches and lung pain! Management says it is not their problem. Lawsuits waiting to happen.
I lived here for six years and it was a pretty good place to stay. The units are modern and roomy, with big windows that let in a good amount of natural light. The appliances worked well. Parking was never an issue, there are plenty of spots, especially in the back lot, so I always found a place to park. They also have a gym with a few treadmills that I used regularly. This apartment acts like it's all that, but its been the worst place I've ever lived. Don't get me wrong, the units themselves are excellent, modern, GIANT kitchen, and very good soundproofing. I've never had a problem with neighbor noise, or even someone playing music in the other room. The exercise room, also great. The park and ride bus to the 1 line is just down the street, but it's also going to be increasing your rent now. The maintenance guy here is truly incredible. I’ve never seen someone fix so many problems in such a short time. Seriously top notch work and he was super personable and kind. Actually makes me feel good about putting in maintenance requests.
