Excellent service, clean and great staff
I have been going there for a about 4 years now. I feel sorry for people who had a bad experience there but my experience has always been very positive. I come every 6 months for routine check and clean up. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful answering questions I had about my dental health. 10/10 would recommend
I was told by phone call that they can recement the crown for 150$ and if it falls they can recement it again with no charge. Made an appointment and when I came to dentist he prepared paperwork of not giving guarantee that it will sit for long time and wanted me to sign it so he is going to charge again for next time if it falls. No any guarantees from his side. I understood it as they don't have quality materials to use in their field and huge disrespect for my time being wasted of misinformation given earlier. the dentist removed my old filling (which seemed fine) and placed a new one, saying it was too old. Right after, I had severe tooth sensitivity that led to my nerve dying, swollen gums, and pus draining out—requiring a root canal at another clinic. The new dentist said the filling was too close to the nerve and the work felt poorly done. They also recommended cleanings every 3 months, which seemed like a way to use up my insurance quota. Switched to another new clinic and they said twice a year is enough. Horrible experience... read more
