Dr paneru was able to get me in the same day. She did an awesome job. If I need to go to an Ear Nose and Throat again she’ll be my number 1 choice.
Excellent in office care! Staff was consistently over accommodating and dedicated to ensuring my safety after my in office procedure. After my failed attempt to leave the office too soon, the nurses made special trips to the pharmacy for Tylenol and ice cold water, while keeping me company in office until I was well enough to go home. I am so thankful for the exceptional care I was given by such a dedicated team of healthcare professionals!
Dr. Paneru is truly exceptional. From my very first appointment for my ENT issue through my surgery and follow up appointments, she provided top tier care. I’m grateful for Dr. Paneru, her team and would recommend her to anyone needing ENT care.
Dr. Paneru is a great doctor. She listened and identified my issues within 2 visits based on my CT and my symptoms. I have been struggling for 1 year with unresolved symptoms. I unfortunately started out seeing a Pittsburgh ENT doctor and was not listened to and told I was fine. It is wonderful to see a doctor who listens, is extremely knowledgeable, and provides appropriate treatments to help her patients. She (Dr. Policina) was knowledgeable and friendly. She really helped my issues. I have seen her in both the Titusville Hospital and in the Oil City office. Other staff at both locations were great.
