TERRIBLE company. I lost my home, they sent an adjuster who didn't want to give me anything - after paying for 16 years and NEVER once making a claim. Then they sent PuroClean who ruined EVERYTHING I had left in my home, because the adjuster they sent said not to take what I had left out in my home (which they ruined) and they never finished the job, and decided to pay puroclean 100% (We later found out the adjuster does business AS puroclean - which we believe is illegal) and wanted to only pay 2% of damages only AFTER we g... read more
I was in an accident on Saturday around 4pm. Vehicle was totaled. I called my agent and she explained exactly what need to be done. My claim has been submitted and I've never met a more engaged and committed agent. Absolutely recommend this agency.
