Low quality. Not what advertised. I ordered a small bouquet for my mom for mother’s day because I was out of town. I ordered a bouquet that had multiple small flowers with eucalyptus. I loved how detailed and full it looked for a small bouquet. The delivery was great. But the bouquet was disappointing and low quality. The bouquet delivered just had three large roses with some unbloomed flowers. None of the flowers in the original bouquet were included. Easy and professional.
I am deeply grateful for the personal touch I received this morning while ordering flowers for my Uncle's funeral. It is extremely difficult to deal with the grief of loosing someone special and at the same time knowing that because of personal issues, you cannot be physically present. Jill was patient, compassionate, and very helpful. I highly recommend Titus Creek!
